Refund policy
JupiGlow offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible returns. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return, subject to the conditions below.
Return eligibility
To qualify, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with any original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.
These conditions do not limit your legal rights if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
How to request a return
Email lookingsharpbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions explaining how and where to send your package. Please contact us before sending anything back and use the return address provided in your instructions. Our business address is not automatically the return destination.
Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact lookingsharpbusiness@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.
We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund and cover any necessary return shipping for items confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
Exceptions
Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not cover:

Personalized or custom-made products.

Perishable goods.

Sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

Gift cards, except where redemption or refund is required by law.

Items clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase.
Discounted items remain eligible unless specifically marked “Final Sale.” These exceptions do not remove any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Exchanges
Please contact us to arrange a return. You can then place a separate order for the replacement item you would like.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law.
Your refund will reflect the amount actually paid for the returned item, including any applicable discounts and refundable taxes. Original international shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law. We do not deduct the cost of the original free domestic shipping from your refund.
Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact lookingsharpbusiness@gmail.com.
European Union right of withdrawal
Where EU consumer law applies, you may cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason. Notify us at lookingsharpbusiness@gmail.com within that period, then send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Any deduction for diminished value will be limited to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics, and functioning. Original packaging is requested where available but is not an absolute condition of exercising this right.
For a qualifying withdrawal, we will refund the payments covered by that right, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option, within 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Statutory exceptions may apply, including to personalized goods, perishables, and certain unsealed hygiene goods. Your statutory rights take priority over any conflicting condition in our voluntary return policy.
