Welcome to JupiGlow! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to JupiGlow. JupiGlow operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). JupiGlow is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced below (“Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information.

Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy are available through our website’s policy links. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are using the Services under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

To place an order or use certain features, you may need to provide information such as your name, email address, billing address, payment details, and shipping address. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update it when necessary.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity you authorize through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS, AND RETURNS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order receipt acknowledges that we received your order and does not, by itself, confirm acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or a material listing error. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled products and any related refundable charges.

Please review your order before submitting it. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact lookingsharpbusiness@gmail.com as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once processing or shipment has begun. This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights.

JupiGlow offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible returns. You must request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. Under our voluntary return policy, items must be unworn or unused, in the same condition received, with any original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please review our Return and Refund Policy for complete eligibility requirements, exceptions, return instructions, and refund procedures. Contact us before sending a return and use the return destination provided in your instructions.

Our voluntary return conditions do not limit your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or misdescribed goods, or any applicable legal right of withdrawal.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change. Changes do not affect orders already accepted by us.

The applicable product price and any taxes or shipping charges collected by us will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Standard shipping within the United States is free. International shipping costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees. Unless expressly included at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Promotions may have additional terms disclosed with the offer. Those terms govern the specific promotion but do not override mandatory consumer rights.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing and payment information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total amount disclosed when you place your order.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

JupiGlow provides free standard domestic shipping within the United States. International shipping is available to supported destinations, with charges based on location and displayed at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates, when provided, appear on the relevant product page, at checkout, or in order communications. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly identified as a guarantee.

Carrier disruptions, customs processing, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery. If we cannot ship within the stated shipment timeframe—or within 30 days when no shipment timeframe was stated—we will provide the notices, delay-consent options, cancellation rights, and refunds required by applicable law.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipment.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages. Where tracking is available, we will provide it in shipment communications.

If an order is missing, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact lookingsharpbusiness@gmail.com. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Risk of loss passes only as permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes our legal responsibilities for delivery or requires you to resolve a delivery problem solely with the carrier.

The Services contain content owned by JupiGlow or its respective licensors and rights holders, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, designs, and other materials. Such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the Services for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or commercially exploit protected content without permission from the relevant rights holder.

These Terms do not grant ownership of, or a general license to, any trademark, copyright, patent, or other intellectual property.

JupiGlow’s names, logos, and branding may not be used in a manner that infringes our rights or falsely implies our endorsement. Shopify’s names and logos belong to Shopify. Other brands and marks belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS

The Services may include access to tools or features supplied by third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not operate or control these third-party tools. Their use may be subject to additional terms and privacy practices provided by the relevant provider.

To the extent permitted by law, third-party tools are made available “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties from JupiGlow. This does not exclude any responsibility or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

New features or tools introduced through our Services will also be subject to these Terms and any additional terms disclosed for those features.

SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or content. These links do not necessarily imply endorsement.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, practices, or independent transactions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Before using a third-party website or making a purchase through it, review that provider’s terms and privacy policies. Questions about third-party products or services should be directed to the relevant provider.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

JupiGlow is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with JupiGlow. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and JupiGlow, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with JupiGlow.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY

Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, available through our website’s policy links.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes personal information to operate and support the Services. Shopify’s applicable privacy information is available at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users.

Information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers in countries other than your country of residence, as described in the applicable privacy policies.

Nothing in these Terms replaces consent where separate consent is required by law.

SECTION 11 — FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS

If you submit reviews, suggestions, photographs, comments, or other content to us for publication or use in connection with the Services (“Feedback”), you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and adapt that Feedback to operate, improve, and promote the Services.

This license does not transfer ownership of your Feedback. Our use of personal information remains subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You represent that you own the Feedback or have permission to submit it and authorize its use. Reviews must reflect your honest experience. You must disclose any incentive or compensation received in connection with a review.

You may not submit content that infringes another person’s rights, contains unlawful threats, impersonates someone else, includes malicious software, or is otherwise unlawful.

We may remove spam, unlawful content, or content that violates these Terms. We will not prohibit or penalize honest reviews merely because they are negative, or edit reviews in a way that misrepresents the reviewer’s opinion.

Unless separately agreed, we are not required to compensate you for Feedback or respond to every submission.

We will not increase the amount charged for an existing order without your agreement. Any cancellation or correction remains subject to applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Termination does not remove obligations relating to valid existing orders, refunds, or rights that arose before termination.

Provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination, including applicable provisions concerning intellectual property, Feedback licenses, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and outstanding payment obligations.

We aim to provide a reliable website but do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or modifies an express product warranty, our stated money-back guarantee, or any implied warranty, statutory guarantee, or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or modified.

Nothing in these Terms limits your right to receive products you paid for, obtain refunds when due, or exercise mandatory consumer remedies.

Any release or limitation concerning Shopify in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify JupiGlow and its relevant service providers against reasonable third-party claims, losses, and expenses directly resulting from your unlawful conduct, infringement of another person’s rights, or willful material breach of these Terms.

This obligation does not apply to claims caused by our own misconduct or to the extent it would improperly restrict your consumer rights.

We will provide reasonable notice of a claim and an opportunity for you to participate in its defense. We will not agree to a settlement that imposes an admission or nonmonetary obligation on you without your consent.

SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY

If a provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

SECTION 20 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, the policies incorporated by reference, and any specific terms agreed to for your purchase form the agreement governing your use of the Services and purchases from us.

Nothing in this section excludes representations or commitments that are binding under applicable law or limits remedies for misleading statements.

The version applicable when your order was accepted will govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or separately agreed with you.
