We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Standard US shipping is free. Orders typically arrive in 4–6 business days, including 1 business day for processing and 3–5 business days in transit, Monday–Friday. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. International shipping is not available.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email lookingsharpbusiness@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue.

We will help arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund and cover necessary return shipping for items confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.

Request a return within 30 days of receiving an eligible item. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused or unworn, with any original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required, and exclusions apply.

Email lookingsharpbusiness@gmail.com before returning an item. We will provide instructions and the return destination if your return is accepted. For eligible US returns, we provide a free return label to download and print. No restocking fee applies. These conditions do not limit your rights for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 days after return inspection, or sooner where required.
